DevSuitcase differentiates itself by prioritizing client-side execution. Regarding the use of our formatters, validators, and converters, you acknowledge that:

• Local Processing: The majority of our tools execute JavaScript entirely within your browser. Data entered into these tools is not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly stated (e.g., for DNS lookups).
• No Data Retention: Since we do not transmit your input data to a backend database, we cannot and do not retain ownership of the data you process.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the output such as generated UUIDs or calculated subnets before utilizing them in production environments.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the Service to violate any applicable national or international laws.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the proprietary algorithms used in the Service.
• Overloading our infrastructure via automated high-frequency requests (scraping/DDoS), particularly for tools that require external API calls, such as DNS checkers.
• Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: The Service's original content, features, code structure, design, and logos are the exclusive property of DevSuitcase and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your Output: We claim no intellectual property rights over the data you input or the specific output generated (e.g., a formatted JSON string or a hash), which remains yours.
